Updated on what B.F. Skinner referred to as a "Variable Interval Schedule"
I love it! I recently read a post on an online forum which began, "It is my opinion that there is no such thing as a greenhouse gas, and there is nothing wrong with doubling or quadrupling the almost unmeasureable infinitesimal amount of CO2 in the air (the plants will love it)." Regardless of the current status of research on these issues, I think I can say with complete certainty that it is not a matter of "opinion".You've officially been added to my bookmark bar.
Huh, that didn't delete as cleanly as I'd anticipated. Anyway, the comic's great, but dude... Today's Friday.
@ Michael: Thanks, that's sort of what I was thinking about.@ Jason: Let's just agree to disagree on that.
hahahahahaaahahahahahahahit nice to see humor that dosent have to cheat by throwing in gay jokes and rancom screaming.
... Thinking about it a little more, there's something disturbing about the fact that, posted as the comic is, each of the characters will be correct for 1/7 of the pageviews. Is your message that, while we might feel pressure to laugh at the elephant's point of view when societal norms (ie, that this is a comic) promote that, all "knowledge" is relative, and since we can never truly be certain that we're right, everybody's view, no matter how ridiculous, should therefore be accorded the same respect?
Someone please put the elephant out of his misery.
